The vision of our various ministries in Albania is that we are all disciples who make disciples, and that they in time, are trained and empowered to also make disciples. We want to give people living in Albania the opportunity to understand the Kingdom of God in their own communities, and then be equipped to pass on this knowledge to others. We are looking for people who share this vision and are willing to come to Albania short-term to serve with this focus. 

Description
Our goal is to see the churches we are working in grow towards maturity, and for this reason we would like more people to join our various ministries serving alongside national leadership in a number of different churches and church plants. 

As a team we are involved in evangelism, discipleship, children's ministry, youth work, small Bible study groups, preaching and serving on church leadership teams. Some members of our team are also serving and working within their professional medical fields. 

Qualities
You demonstrate Christian maturity, are an active member of your church and you are involved in making disciples. You have a willingness to learn basic Albanian, and you either have some ministry and cross culural experience and training, or you have relevant work experience.  

Placement
Together with you and the ECM Tirana team, we will prayerfully discern together the best ministry opportunities for you, depending on current needs in the churches, and your gifts, skills and interests.
