Do you like to work with people and encourage them to work for God? European Christian Mission is looking for people to join our Short Term Mission Coordination Team. We’re convinced of the importance of discipline and training the next generation of leaders, and one of the key paths is through Short term mission.

In this role you’ll be developing our missionaries’ capacity and vision for Short term mission. You will have opportunities to visit many of ECM’s ministries and to develop partnerships with other ministries and organisations. You’ll be connecting with field teams to find placement options for interested candidates and encouraging people to find their place within short term mission as well as their part in long term global ministry. You’ll be helping to communicate the and promote opportunities with ECM offices from around the world.

This opportunity is a self supported role, and could be combined with other ministry activities.
